What areas do you cover and is travel included?
We proudly serve Kilkenny, Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Wexford, Wicklow, Tipperary, Waterford and the Midlands. Delivery is free within County Kilkenny. Reasonable travel fees may apply depending on your venue, and they will be included in your final quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events in peak season (Communions, Confirmations and summer weddings). Feel free to check with us for last-minute availability too!
Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date and premium balloon colours. The remaining balance is paid before or on the day of setup.
How long does setup take on the day?
Balloon installations typically take 1 to 2.5 hours depending on size and complexity. For the Magic Mirror, our attendant arrives 45 to 60 minutes before the start time so everything is calibrated and ready.
Can you match the balloons to my theme and colours?
Absolutely! We use premium quality balloons and custom-match the colours to your party theme, invitations or venue decor.
What happens if something goes wrong with the Magic Mirror?
No need to worry. Every Magic Mirror hire includes a friendly, professional attendant who stays for the whole 2 hours to help guests and keep everything running smoothly.
What is included with the Magic Mirror hire?
2 hours of hire, instant prints throughout, fun props, signs and hats, a luxury red carpet and a friendly professional attendant. Extra hours are also available.
Do you provide instant prints?
Yes! Instant prints are included throughout your hire, so every guest can take home a photo from the event.
